Refund policy
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, you may be entitled to an exchange if the product is defective, not as described, or unfit for its intended purpose. Exchanges are not guaranteed for change-of-mind purchases, unless otherwise stated in our store policy. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Your Right to Return
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (No. 68 of 2008), South African customers have the right to return goods under specific conditions. You may return an item within 7 business days of receiving it if:

The item is defective, damaged, or not as described;

The item was not suitable for its intended purpose, as discussed at the time of purchase;

You were subjected to direct marketing and wish to cancel under the cooling-off period.
Returned items must be unworn or unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note: Returns due to a change of mind are not required by law to be accepted, but may be considered at our discretion. In such cases, return shipping and any associated costs will be your responsibility.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refunded amount.
